His Eminence Metropolitan Joseph has enlisted the team at Faithtree Resources to provide a workshop training session, “Building a Thriving Ministry Team,” for clergy at the Archdiocese Convention in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Wednesday, July 24, from 11 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Faithtree has gathered a team of 8 speakers, each with team-building expertise and a diverse body of professional and ministry experience to lead the workshop, which will occur in two sessions during the day.

Executive Director Michelle Moujaes said, “Our team has been working for months to ensure that this training is of the highest value for our clergy. Collaborative ministry and healthy team-building are foundational for the pastoral ministry. No one person can do all that is required in a parish. That’s why our team is especially excited to create this interactive learning opportunity for our beloved clergy.”

By providing direct instruction, giving take-away resources and tools, and by sharing practical team-building steps, workshop attendees will be further equipped, regardless of their parish size, as they continue to build a thriving team of co-laborers in ministry.

If you are a priest or clergy member in the Antiochian Archdiocese, come attend the workshop and hosted luncheon in Grand Rapids. You won’t want to miss it!
